I'm Seki. Actually Shakespeare, but everybody calls me Seki.

Today I'm the one updating Alex's lj. She doesn't feel too well so I used it as an opportunity to post myself. ^^ ; The truth is that I had envy of Wagahai ;_; He has his own blog and he is even more imaginary than I am (at least I have a body!!! he is only in the imagination of a weird guy)

Yesterday Alex gave me a shower, I really really needed ;_; Since she takes me everywhere and takes photos of me in weird places I always end very dirty ;_; I was grey before the shower :/




My boyfriend Luci tells me always that I'm a dirty cat, but well, he has a weird way to express his love towards me... *giggles* but really deep inside him, he is adorable ♥ I love to cuddle to him even if he hits me.... I wonder if I'm the first cat suffering from DV? bah, no way, he truly loves me and well, I can be a 'bit' violent too , sometimes... =^.^=


Alex bday it's in 18 days ( 3rd june) but even so she already received a present =*.*=

Actually I think the thing that affect me the most are lies.
I don't know why or if I have a specific reason for it, but I can't deal with them. Even the little and innocent ones. If I caught a lie I get really irritated.

I used to be very sensitive about my body and weight, now that I lost 30 kg I deal with it much better LOL xD

Not really sure what to think about it *_*
I'm not watching Gokusen 3, I got bored with Gokusen 2 (I still need to finish it) but I always wanted to see what happened with Uchi and the rest (other than kuma XDD)  But it only talks about shun, kame, jin & teppei . not jun or nari or anybody else.

But jin + Shun can be awesome... But shun would eat (acting skills talking) jin and kame... XDDDDDDDD

But I think that in general Gokusen should die already xD

btw, remmember it's just a rumour from a gossip blog. It just can be the delirium of somebody xD

Leaving the objectivity of fangirls aside. Today I went to the doctor to see what the hell is happening with my heel .
It was what I expected it to be (mainly because my mother has it and I had the same symptoms xDDD)

"Bi The Way." Doc [review] but even if the doc isn't good, only for this it's worth it:

Tarnation is a documentary that a long time ago killermoon made me watch. I was totally fascinated by it and I would recommend it to everybody ^^

in the last days I saw  Latter Days , Babel &  Everything is Illuminated

Latter days was ok. But Babel and Everything is Illuminated are wonderful.
Maybe 'Everything' is the one that moved me the most.  I laughed so much and at the same time it was such a tragic story.


Also in the last days I saw  Hakusen Nagashi. The main reason to watch it was Nagase but I ended loving the dorama.  
I suppose I liked it because everybody lived that experiences or similar ones. Searching for your real self. Looking for your place in the world. think about your future (well, i'm almost 25 and I'm still with these doubts XDD)
I wish the specials have subs soon, I'm dying to see what happened with them after they parted ^^
(btw, call me stupid but checking now the wiki I realized that Yokko was on it... ... ... O.o who he was? in which episode he appeared? O.o )


Not really sure about what to watch next O.o I wanted to see  Ningen Shikkaku but I prefer to wait for all episodes to be released XDD
btw, anybody knows if the dorama is based in any way in Osamu Dazai book of the same name? 
I was checking Osamu wiki page ( who can try so many suicides and never die? xDDD) and Ningen Shikkaku book caught my attention.

Talking about books, since I had it at home, when I read the news of shun being in ninagawa adaptation of snakes and earrings , I read it. It's a really small story. Very powerful. You read it really fast.
btw, Shun and Tatsuya roles are really small cameos of two yakuza, but in a way they are the key of the story, because the most important things happens after they appearance. xD

And the other day I brought Irvine Welsh Trainspotting and Murakami Haruki The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle . Probably will start both once I finish Banana Yoshimoto Amrita (which I'm reading right now)
i was about to buy other Welsh books, Virgin Suicides by  Jeffrey Eugenides or another Murakami book they had in paperback ... but little by little xD

Meanwhile Last Friends was downloading I re-watched the beginning of ORANGE CLOCKWORK . After all today was the day of the DV guy xD

YOU CAN SKIP THE NEXT. they are just my rambling about the dorama and DV and Lesbianism XDDD Might contain SPOILERS

I was a bit 'scared' of how they would portray the domestic violence , if they will make it realistic and also was 'worried' about how they would portray Ueno obvioulsy crush on Masami.


DV. Unfortunately it was portrayed perfect. Not talking about the actors and how they did it. I'm talking about the script and how they developed the story.
I was going to be a person that worked with women who suffered from DV or with kids with DV too. (that was what interested me the most from all my options) I ended leaving the studies for that but two years studying about it and meeting the affected people (along drug addicts,handicapped kids , alcoholics, etc...) let me see how cruel this world can be.

And a lot of guys who are violent at home are like what you see on the dorama. Great and nice guys. Nobody would suspect them. They are the perfect couple, the nice and loving husband and they were, at the beginning. But inside the house they transform into a different person, their real self.
A lot of them, do what ryo did on the dorama after hitting her for the first time, feel ashamed, cry, ask for forgiveness, they are really sorry for doing that. They repeat they would never do it again.
Actually they are truly sorry, which of course, doesn't make them less guilty. the problems is that they keep repeating it over and over again. they loose control, they hit the partner and ask for forgiveness and feel sorry. they eventually stop the last part, and they only hit, never feel sorry and they start to be even more violent.

I want to see how Ryo character develops.


Masami. This dorama think that will be her redemption with me. Till now I really didn't liked her as actress, now I might change my mind (or I already did XDD) I was able to feel her fear and was able to feel that even so she still loves ryo no matter what.


As a personal reasons, I'm extremely excited to see Ueno as lesbian (or bisexual). I don't recall any lesbian themes in main doramas and Japanese doramas really lack decent gay/lesbian/bi roles. they normally are the laughing point f the dorama, the extravagant ones. They are there to make fun of them... Japan needs serious approach of this in main doramas . (my wish, L world Japanese version with je boys? yes(yes? XDD)

I watched Dare Yori mo Mama wo Aisu 

A heartwarming home drama told from the perspective of 11-year-old Kaoru (Nagashima), who says his family is often called weird/unusual. It revolves around the lives of stay-at-home dad (Tamura), lawyer and breadwinner mother (Ito), tomboyish oldest daughter (Uchida) and SNAG oldest son (Tamayama). A mysterious neighbor (Kobayashi) also gets involved. (+ Pinko-san, a crossdressed done by Sadao Abe)

It's a family / love dorama. the family members are a bit unusual but all of them are greatly portrayed by their actors ^^
I can say that i totally understand why shun was so infatuated with Uchida Yuki when he was a teen. the more I see of her, the more I like her^^

But... Pinko-san + Oniisan... I don't really want to talk much abut them since everything would be spoilers. Their story it's great and i totally didn't expected how things turned at the end . the wrong with this new obsession is that he is a Johnny.... I "met" him in a jdorama that I'm downloading.. and discovered he's a singer is a pop group... and... H_H..he's kawaii... *_*!!!
